Thank you for shopping with us! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as customized or personalized products, cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at aggearparts@gmail.com.au with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
For exchanges, if you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for an exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
