Welcome to Ag Gear. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (www.aggear.com.au) and all purchases made with us.

2. Retail and Wholesale Customers

We supply both retail (individual and farm) and wholesale customers. Some policies vary between the two.

3. Ordering

  • Retail Orders: Placed online through our website.
  • Wholesale Orders: Please email a numbered purchase order, delivery address, and trading details (including ABN) to aggearparts@gmail.com.

We will confirm wholesale orders with a Sales Order (“SO-”) reference number and issue an invoice when goods are ready for dispatch.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
  • Retail: Full payment required at checkout.
  • Wholesale: Payment terms are as agreed with your sales representative. Goods will not be dispatched until payment is received unless a credit account has been approved.
  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout for retail orders or added to the invoice for wholesale orders.
  • We primarily use TNT or StarTrack.
  • Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
  • Risk and ownership of the goods pass to you upon dispatch.

6. Returns, Refunds & 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Retail)

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most products for retail customers.
  • Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned goods.
  • This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which cannot be excluded.

Wholesale Returns: Handled on a case-by-case basis. Restocking fees may apply.

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods

Contact us immediately if goods arrive damaged or faulty. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

8. Warranties

All products carry applicable manufacturer warranties. Please refer to the individual product page or contact us for details.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, images, logos, and product descriptions on this website are the property of Ag Gear / BA Bartlett Family Trust. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ag Gear and the BA Bartlett Family Trust will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses. Our total liability will not exceed the price of the goods purchased.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of the website or placement of orders constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
